Open coaching sessions are coached sessions by one of our coaches where you can follow your own program, have a program to follow off coach or work on something specific. Open gym sessions allow you to train independently.
They must be booked on through TeamUp to guarantee your place on the class. If you do not book on, you may not be able to attend. Classes are limited for quality coaching and safety. 3 months minimum sign up.
Sessions may not run if only 1 person is booked on but you will be notified when class registration closes.
Contracts are rolling on a 1 cycle basis after the original contract of 3 months. If you stop paying or leave before your original contract is up, the remaining cost is due in full at that time. Once your contract is up, AMG Lifting Lab has a 30 day cancellation notice. When cancelling, a 30 day notice period will apply to your account. A customer will be required to give at least this number of days notice prior to their membership ending. For example, if this is set to 10 days and a customer cancels their membership 5 days before their next billing cycle, they will still be billed in 5 days but not after, and their membership will be valid until the end of their next billing cycle.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
